The primary function of this position is to support production and warehouse operations by safely moving, staging, and supplying materials to machine operators, assemblers, and other departments as needed to ensure efficient workflow and continuous production.
Job Duties:
  1. Supply raw materials, components, and parts to designated production and assembly areas.
  2. Keep assigned workstations and departments stocked with necessary materials to support daily operations.
  3. Move finished goods, excess materials, and unused inventory from production areas as required.
  4. Stack, organize, and load materials onto pallets/skids for storage or shipment.
  5. Transport materials between warehouse and production areas using hand trucks, pallet jacks, or electric/forklift equipment.
  6. Verify and deliver materials using work orders, pick tickets, or delivery documentation.
  7. Assist with inventory activities including cycle counts, physical inventory, and material tracking.
  8. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  9. Support other departments and assist with additional tasks as operational needs require.

What We Are Looking For
Additional Requirements:
  • Ability to read and understand work orders, labels, and production documentation.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Must be flexible to work overtime and weekends as needed.
  • Ability to work a 10-hour/day schedule.
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment.
  • Ability to assist in other departments during downtime or peak production periods.
  • Forklift certification and/or ability to safely operate forklift equipment required.
  • Ability to lift, move, and transport materials throughout the facility safely.

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience
  • A minimum of 1 year's manufacturing experience preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements - Essential
  • Must be in good physical condition.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must have good hand/eye coordination.
  • Must be able to sit, stand, walk and/or bend for long periods of time (Varied based on daily tasks).
  • Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment.

What We Offer
Compensation: This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $18.00-$22.00/hour. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market, and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).
Benefits: Subject to applicable eligibility requirements, the following benefits are offered for this role: tuition reimbursement; medical, dental, and vision insurance; prescription drug coverage; 401(k) retirement plan; short-term disability insurance; 8 weeks paid birthing leave; 2 weeks paid bonding leave; life and long-term disability insurance.
Depending on date of hire, and subject to applicable eligibility requirements, new employees in this role also receive up to: 10 days paid time off, 12 paid holidays, and 3 floating holidays per year.
