Job Title: Snow Equipment Operator/Salt Truck Operator
Employment Type: Seasonal with oppurtunity for year round employment in landscaping, sweeping serivces or power washing

Job Overview:

We are seeking reliable and experienced Snow Equipment Operators to join our winter operations team. As a Snow Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for clearing snow from our commercial client locations including entry roads, parking lots, and other designated areas to ensure safe access for vehicles and pedestrians during winter weather events.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate snowplow trucks, wheel loaders, skid steer, dump trucks and other snow removal equipment safely and efficiently 
  • Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to snow events
  • Perform pre- and post-operation inspections of vehicles and equipment
  • Apply salt or de-icing materials as needed
  • Maintain accurate logs of work performed and materials used
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members
  • Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required)
  • Previous snow removal experience operating snowplow trucks or heavy equipment for large commercial and industrial properties
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
