        Job Summary:

        We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to manage the receipts of incoming materials at RTC. The role involves verifying the accuracy and integrity of shipments upon arrival and entering receipts into the system.

        Primary Responsibilities:

        1. Receiving incoming packages, skids, containers, and trailers
        2. Schedules carrier dock appointments and works with forklift drivers to coordinate trailer unloading.
        3. Verify and validate products and quantities against BOL’s and P.O.’s
        4. Inputs all receiving information into ERP and prepares all receiving paperwork.
        5. Reviews plant inventory needs and schedules transfers for “hot” materials to their appropriate areas.
        6. Assists with all container coordination and receiving activities.
        7. Communicate daily with multiple internal customers to satisfy requirements as needed.
          Research and help resolve basic problems that arise on a daily basis.
        8. Participate with special projects as needed
        9. Other duties as required

        EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

        • High School Diploma or equivalent
        • One year of data entry experience
        • Flexibility with starting and ending times
        • Problem solving skills
        • Proficient in Microsoft Office

        Compensation

        The base salary range for this position is budgeted for $33,365-47,365, with eligibility for OT after 40 hours worked and an annual bonus. The actual base salary depends on various factors and could be above or below the range depending on the applicant's qualifications, years of relevant experience, specific skills, level of education, business needs, and market demand. The full salary range for this role reflects this position's competitive labor market value and provides an opportunity to progress as associates grow and develop within the role.  Bonuses are paid based on RTC’s financial results.  Any payouts awarded in the first year of employment are pro-rated based on the start date.  Program rules are subject to change at management’s discretion.
