Victors Home Solutions is looking for motivated individuals who have experience in lead generation and appointment setting to join our Contact Center. This position is responsible for scheduling sales appointments and providing exceptional customer service to new and existing clients.
Examples of the actual work your day would include:
  • Assist with all inbound and outbound call volume; with the goal of setting appointments for in-home consultations
  • Handle all customer inquiries and concerns
  • Be able to explain to customers the basic features and services of the products we offer
  • Clerical duties including scanning, filing, and mailing

About you:
  • Prior experience in lead generation call center, required
  • Scheduling experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to learn
  • Demonstrate teamwork, initiative, and a willingness to problem solve
  • Positive and professional demeanor

Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday with rotating weekends
  • 8-hour shift
  • Contact Center is open from 7am-9pm Monday - Friday and 8am-6pm Saturday and Sunday. The shift assigned can be anytime/day within the hours of operation based on business needs.
