Role Highlights:

As the Sales Manager, you’ll take the reins of our Consumer Direct Channel, where you’ll build and scale a robust pipeline of consumer-driven leads through top-tier digital strategies. You’ll also play a crucial role in coaching our loan officers, arming them with the tools, training, and insights to create and nurture powerful realtor referral channels.

What You’ll Do:
