Join BOK Financial's Consumer Data & Analytics team as a Senior Consumer Sales & Performance Analyst focused on performance analytics. In this highly visible role, you'll serve as a subject matter expert responsible for sales tracking, production reporting, incentive program analytics, and performance insights that support branch and business banking across all channels, and executive leadership teams. This is an opportunity for a strategic, detail-oriented analyst who enjoys solving complex problems, influencing business outcomes through data, and building more efficient and accurate ways to measure performance across the Consumer Banking team.
Job Description
As a Senior Consumer Sales & Performance Analyst, you'll partner closely with branch leadership, business partners, and executive stakeholders to deliver meaningful performance insights that drive decision-making across the Consumer Banking team. Acting as the subject matter expert within your domain, you'll analyze sales and production results, maintain and enhance time-sensitive incentive reporting processes, and develop visualizations that bring data to life. You'll leverage tools such as SQL and Power BI to improve reporting accuracy, identify opportunities for operational improvement, and automate manual processes where possible. Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to challenge existing processes in pursuit of better solutions. You'll play a key role in transforming and strengthening performance measurement capabilities while ensuring critical reporting and incentive programs are delivered accurately and on time.

You'll join a collaborative Consumer Data & Analytics team that plays an important role in helping Consumer Banking leaders make informed decisions through data. The team combines deep analytical expertise with a strong partnership mindset, working closely with stakeholders across branch delivery, business banking, and other consumer banking functions. How You'll Spend Your Time
  • Serving as the subject matter expert for consumer performance analytics, sales tracking, production insights, and reporting.
  • Developing and maintaining SQL-driven reporting solutions that deliver accurate, actionable business insights.
  • Creating dashboards and visualizations in Power BI to support leaders at all levels of the organization.
  • Managing high-volume, deadline-sensitive incentive reporting and payment processes that impact hundreds of employees.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve reporting accuracy, streamline processes, and strengthen underlying data structures.
  • Partnering with branch, business banking, and consumer leadership teams to analyze performance trends and support strategic decisions.
  • Investigating data issues with root cause analysis, solving complex business problems, and recommending more efficient ways of working.
  • Building trusted relationships with stakeholders while delivering timely, high-quality analytical support.

Education & Experience Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Marketing Analytics, Business, or a related field and 5+ years of relevant professional experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong analytical, conceptual thinking, logic and problem-solving capabilities across complex datasets.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and highly detailed-oriented.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI), and data analysis techniques.
  • Well-developed written and oral communication skills and the ability to present complex information in a clear concise manner, including presentation to senior leadership.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with data governance, validation, and quality control processes.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of financial products and services.
