With a geographic footprint across 34 states, we strive to be an industry leader, providing fuel and convenience products essential to keep people moving across America! Job Description: The Commission Territory Manager is responsible for growing volume, profitability, and account performance across an assigned geographic territory. This role combines relationship management, operational support, merchandising oversight, and business development within commission retail locations. The Territory Manager serves as a field-based partner to store operators and managers, driving execution of company programs, maximizing product availability and presentation, and identifying opportunities to increase revenue. Success in this position is measured by territory growth, account retention, operational consistency, and commission-based performance results. The Retail Commission Territory Manager is expected to maintain a thorough understanding of each contract and the responsibilities of each Commission Manager within the assigned territory. This role also includes educating Commission Managers on their contractual and operational responsibilities and ensuring compliance with all applicable contract terms.Responsibilities:Sales Growth & Territory Development:Develop and execute a territory plan to achieve sales, margin, and commission targets.Identify new business opportunities, open new accounts, and expand sales within existing locations.Monitor sales trends, competitor activity, to adjust territory strategy and improve performance.Enforce Contractual Compliance. Partner with store teams to ensure the site is clean , well maintained, full, and well merchandised.
