Consumer Finance Attorneys are legal professionals who specialize in laws and regulations related to consumer financial products and services, such as loans, credit cards, mortgages, and debt collection. They provide legal advice to financial institutions, businesses, or consumers regarding compliance with federal and state consumer finance laws. Their work often involves handling regulatory matters, litigation, and transactions involving consumer finance. These attorneys play a critical role in helping clients navigate complex rules set by agencies like the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB).
