As a CPR Sales Representative, you are the face of our company and the most important position when it comes to generating sales and delivering exceptional customer experience. We are looking for bold, energetic, passionate people as you are the first line of contact for our customers every day. Do you have that positive attitude for our customers, engagement to drive sales and a desire to have your income match the work you put in, and willing to learn electronic repair?? Then we are ready for you to join AMTEL REPAIR!!!

Responsibilities

Engage with and assess customer device needs to deliver outstanding service.

Resolve customer issues relating to equipment problems by repairing phones, tablets, and other consumer electronics.

Stay up to speed on newly released and upcoming technology in the industry.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent

Face-to-face customer service experience

Experience with product service support or troubleshooting electronics

Selling accessories, device care along with smart watches, headsets and other like products

Strong oral and written communication skills

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google equivalent

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Sales experience is a big plus

Any wireless device repair certifications are a plus (i.e., Apple Certified Technicians, CTIA WISE Certifications)
