Job description

Primary responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with top retail and private brand customers on new product development.
  • Nurture existing relationships through regular engagement and support.
  • Based upon frequent engagement with our customers, products and applications, act as proactive liaison with our factory personnel as required.
  • Put up reports of market intelligence in the Consumer Electronics industry by actively retrieving market information.
  • Attend trade shows to engage with customers.
  • Provide regular project status updates to the manager and drive timely completion of tasks.
  • Travel to meet customers on site and Luxshare-ICT factories.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Prior experience in consumer electronics (preferably mobile accessories).
  • Experience Level: 2+ Years
  • Travel Amount: Up to 45%
  • Sales and customer service experience
  • Demonstrated project & program management skills
  • Strong negotiation skills and analytical skills
  • Persistent, goal/deadline driven work style
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Communication skills using the Chinese language (Mandarin) is required
