  • Partner cross‑functionally with Engineering, Marketing, Branding, Content, and Design to shape the consumer deposit experience and go‑to‑market strategy.

Job description

Product Management 17,000 – 22,000 $

Important: if an employer asks you to log into their system via iCloud or Google, send a code, an SMS or Telegram password, run some code, or install software — refuse. These are signs of fraud.

•••••• is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly, giving consumers the flexibility to buy now and pay later without any hidden fees or compounding interest.

•••••• is building its own bank — and this role sits at the center of that ambition. We’re looking for a Staff Product Manager who has shipped a consumer-facing deposit or fintech product to market. You’ll own the end‑to‑end bank product: launching the deposit product to consumers, operationalizing a new bank charter within •••••• ’s ecosystem, driving loan originations through the bank entity, and ensuring seamless integration across •••••• ’s platform. This is a rare opportunity to build a foundational new business line from the ground up — one that will reshape how •••••• funds, serves, and grows relationships with its consumers. You’ll work at the intersection of regulated banking, platform engineering, and consumer products to bring •••••• ’s bank to life.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as the single‑threaded product owner across deposits, loan originations, banking compliance, and operations. You are the person who holds the full picture of how the bank works within •••••• ’s ecosystem — and you drive it forward.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Engineering, Marketing, Branding, Content, and Design to shape the consumer deposit experience and go‑to‑market strategy, including owning positioning, launch sequencing, and consumer‑facing messaging for the deposit product.
  • Own the roadmap for the deposit product on a go‑forward basis, scaling from early launch to a multi‑billion‑dollar deposit base and making strategic decisions about how deposits integrate with •••••• ’s credit products and broader consumer experience.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally across •••••• ’s internal teams and with our external vendors to ensure stakeholders are aligned on the vision for launch.
  • Partner with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and the Bank’s executive team to drive bank operations readiness — regulatory readiness, process maturity, and vendor selection and integration (deposit core, fraud, KYC).
  • Communicate strategy and tradeoffs to senior leadership and the Bank Board, and build alignment across Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Treasury, and Capital Markets.
What we look for
  • 6+ years of product management experience, with demonstrated ability to operate as a strategic, independent leader on complex, ambiguous initiatives
  • Experience growing or launching a regulated consumer‑facing product in the financial services industry with go‑to‑market experience
  • Proven program leadership at scale — you’ve owned high‑visibility cross‑functional launches across many stakeholders, with direct exposure to leadership
  • Strong technical fluency — you’re comfortable working with engineers on system design, data models, API architecture, and core banking platform integrations
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication — you can distill complex regulatory and financial concepts into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences, including regulators, executives, and engineering teams
  • Proficiency with AI‑assisted tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor) to accelerate your own work and raise the bar for quality and speed
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
Pay Grade - P Equity Grade - 13
