This opportunity is open to candidates who reside in Arizona, Indiana, Kentucky, or Oklahoma and are located within 50 miles of a Consumer Cellular contact center in those states.
What you will do
  • Championing the Candidate Journey: You'll be the friendly face candidates remember, ensuring every step of their journey is smooth and engaging. Whether it's quickly reaching out to applicants, having empathetic and insightful interviews, or providing a welcoming experience, you'll play a key role in attracting and selection of top talent.
  • Talent Acquisition Selection: In addition to attracting and interviewing candidates, you will collaborate with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition Partners to drive recruitment strategies and maintain a seamless hiring process. This includes responding to questions and providing business-focused responses to email outreach in multiple shared Inboxes.
  • System Administration: Support and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment tools. You'll ensure data accuracy, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance to ensure a smooth recruiting workflow. You will be responsible for not only delivering reporting but also advising and informing leaders on trends and patterns to build strategy.
  • Pre-Boarding Coordination Take ownership of the pre-boarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, managing new hire documentation, ensuring compliance, and guiding candidates through the necessary steps before their first day. You will act as the bridge between recruitment and HR operations, ensuring a seamless transition for new employees. You are responsible for making informed decision when it comes to ensuring compliant and clear direction for candidates through pre-boarding process.
  • Creative Talent Magnet: Bring your creativity to the table! You'll help craft captivating job descriptions, tap into diverse job boards, and engage with a wide array of partners to ensure we're attracting the best talent. You'll also keep job postings fresh and visible across multiple platforms.
  • Data-Driven Decision Maker: You love diving deep into data! By analyzing trends and using tools like Excel and Taleo, you'll help us make smarter, more informed decisions. Your insights will shape our recruiting strategies and help us track our progress towards building the best team.
