Program Overview
Kohler'sCommercial Internship Program offers a hands-on, immersive experience designedto accelerate learning and provide meaningful exposure to the core functionsthat drive business growth. Interns are placed in roles across Sales,Marketing, Product Management, or Category Management, where they contribute toreal business initiatives and gain insight into how Kohler brings products tomarket and connects with customers. Throughout the experience, interns buildfoundational business acumen by working on cross-functional projects, analyzingmarket and consumer trends, and supporting strategies that influence productinnovation and commercial performance.
What You'll Do
  • Conduct market, consumer, and competitive research to uncover insights that inform business and go-to-market strategies.
  • Own and deliver a key project from scoping through final presentation, driving measurable business impact.
  • Contribute to the execution of marketing campaigns, product initiatives, or sales strategies that support business goals.
  • Analyze sales and performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support initiatives across the full customer journey, from product development to customer engagement.
  • Present insights and recommendations to team members and leaders, strengthening communication and influencing skills.

Skills/Requirements
  • Must be actively enrolled in an accredited institution with a focus in Marketing, Business Administration, Consumer Insights/Behaviors, Applied Statistics or a related field
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on an on-going basis without company sponsorship

The hourly range for this position is $23.95 - $29.93. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's education and work location.
