Position Summary:
As an Assembler, you will play a hands-on role in producing high-quality medical device consumables that support patient care. In this fast-paced manufacturing environment, you’ll work with a collaborative team to assemble small, precision components while meeting daily production goals. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in accuracy and quality, and thrives in a structured, team-oriented setting.
In this role you will:
  • Work with team to assemble medical device consumables
  • Maintain equipment and service them when necessary
  • Perform repetitive assembly tasks efficiently and accurately while meeting production targets (approx. 1,200 tips per shift)
  • Adhere to company protocols for quality control, cleanliness, and safety regulations
  • Use tools to make and/or repair parts and products.
  • Interpret documents such as diagrams, schematics, blueprints, or other verbal or written instructions.
Experience amp; Education:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Strong finger dexterity and the ability to handle small parts with care and precision
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy
  • Must have good eyesight along with the ability to differentiate colors
  • Ability to stand and work for extended periods of time
Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $22 - $24/hr. In addition to a competitive market-based salary, Sciton provides an opportunity to participate in equity/stock incentive programs, a profit-sharing bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package, including 401K with matching.
