Job description

QUALITY CONSULTING GROUP, es una compañía líder en la industria farmacéutica, biotecnológica, de dispositivos médicos y fabricación. Con una experiencia combinada de más 25 años proveemos servicios de alta calidad a nuestros clientes. Reclutamos recursos para todo tipo de industrias y buscamos recursos talentosos, altamente motivados que quieran unirse a nuestro equipo.
Responsabilidades:
  • Set up, adjust, and perform minor repairs on complex production equipment.
  • Operate production equipment and monitor machines for proper adjustments and performance.
  • Perform measurement checks and die adjustments.
  • Conduct visual inspections and screening processes.
  • Clean equipment and maintain organized work areas.
  • Create labels, bag, tag, and palletize finished products.
  • Use batch trace systems and update batch boards accurately.
  • Wrap, move, and handle finished products and materials.
  • Monitor manufacturing processes and complete production changeovers.
  • Discard scrap materials according to procedures.
  • Operate forklifts safely to transport materials and finished goods.
  • Create, maintain, and verify production documentation and records.
  • Provide operator coverage during breaks and shift transitions.
  • Follow all safety procedures, GMP standards, and company policies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Cualificaciones:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum Silver score on the Career Readiness Certificate required.
  • Industrial or mechanical experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of extrusion processes is a plus.
  • Basic computer and math skills required.
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions and procedures.
  • Basic knowledge of hand tools and equipment.
  • Ability to write legibly and use numbering systems accurately.
  • Forklift operation experience required.
  • Strong understanding of workplace safety rules and procedures.
  • Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and off-shift coverage as needed.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Available for 3rd shift
