Job Title: Registered Nurse

Location: Cedar Rapids, IA, 52404

Duration: 3 months

Pay range: $40–$45/hr. on W2

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient-centered care in a team-based primary care environment. The RN will support patient care coordination, triage, education, and clinical follow-up.

 

Roles Responsibilities:

  • Provide telephone triage and patient support.
  • Manage and coordinate patient care plans.
  • Provide education on chronic conditions and symptom management.
  • Support medication refills and testing/medication authorizations.
  • Coordinate with providers, Medical Assistants, and other care team members.
  • Participate in care team meetings and follow-up activities.
  • Deliver excellent patient service and clinical care.
  • May perform occasional home visits.

Skills:

  • Active state RN license.
  • CPR certification required.
  • RN license and CPR certification screenshots required on resume.
  • 5+ years of RN/healthcare experience preferred.
  • Primary care or outpatient experience preferred.
  • EMR experience.
