Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager with a strong background in the Healthcare industry to lead large-scale, complex transformation programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end program delivery, stakeholder management, governance, risk mitigation, financial oversight, and driving business outcomes across multiple workstreams.
The candidate should possess deep knowledge of healthcare business processes, healthcare regulations, payer/provider operations, and digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple healthcare programs and strategic initiatives.
  • Define program roadmap, scope, milestones, and success metrics.
  • Ensure delivery of programs within budget, timeline, and quality objectives.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, healthcare SMEs, architects, and delivery teams.
  • Establish governance, reporting, and communication frameworks.
  • Manage program financials, resource planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Identify and mitigate program risks, dependencies, and issues.
  • Drive Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies based on client requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, CMS, HEDIS, NCQA, HL7, and FHIR standards.
  • Lead executive steering committee meetings and present program status to senior leadership.
  • Mentor project managers and delivery teams to improve execution excellence.
  • Drive continuous process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
