  • Identify program risks, technical dependencies, and resource constraints while developing proactive plans to minimize impacts to cost, schedule, and quality.
  • Facilitate technical reviews, planning meetings, and customer discussions, ensuring action items are documented, communicated, and completed.
  • Establish and maintain program dashboards, schedules, and performance metrics to provide visibility into project health and execution progress.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to improve engineering processes, communication, and overall program efficiency.
  • Support configuration management, documentation control, and adherence to customer and company engineering processes throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Ensure engineering deliverables meet customer expectations, regulatory requirements, and applicable aviation industry standards.
  • Foster a collaborative working environment that promotes accountability, transparency, and strong partnerships between customer and engineering organizations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or another related technical discipline.
  • Five or more years of experience in engineering, technical program management, project leadership, or systems integration within the aviation or aerospace industry.
  • Technical background in Systems Engineering, Verification & Validation (V&V), Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable engineering discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex engineering programs involving cross-functional teams and multiple technical stakeholders.
  • Experience serving in a customer-facing role with responsibility for building relationships, coordinating technical activities, and managing program execution.
  • Strong understanding of engineering development lifecycles, systems integration, verification processes, and technical project planning.
  • Experience working in highly regulated industries such as aerospace, aviation, defense, or advanced mobility is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of project management tools, scheduling software, and program reporting methodologies.
  • Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, this position requires applicants to qualify as a U.S. Person as defined by U.S. export control regulations.
