We are seeking an experienced Principal Business Program Manager to lead highly visible, cross-functional initiatives that support OCI's long-term business strategy. This role will partner with senior leaders across engineering, product, operations, finance, and executive leadership to drive strategic programs that improve organizational effectiveness, accelerate execution, and enable OCI's continued growth.
As a Principal Business Program Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner responsible for leading complex, enterprise-wide business programs that support OCI's highest-priority initiatives. You will help translate business strategy into scalable execution plans while driving alignment across multiple organizations.
You will lead initiatives focused on AI-driven business transformation, operational excellence, organizational scalability, and strategic growth across OCI. Working closely with senior leadership, you will establish governance, improve cross-functional execution, develop executive-level reporting, and drive programs that enable informed decision-making and measurable business outcomes.
Success in this role requires exceptional leadership, business acumen, executive communication skills, and the ability to influence across organizations without direct authority.
Responsibilities

  • Lead large-scale, highly visible business programs that span multiple organizations and support OCI's strategic priorities.
  • Partner with executive leadership to define program strategy, business objectives, governance models, success metrics, and long-term roadmaps.
  • Drive alignment across engineering, product, finance, operations, and business organizations to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Develop executive-level dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and business reviews that provide actionable insights into organizational performance and program health.
  • Establish scalable program management frameworks, operating rhythms, governance processes, and best practices that improve organizational execution.
  • Identify strategic risks, dependencies, and organizational challenges while developing proactive mitigation plans.
  • Lead executive communications, steering committee meetings, quarterly business reviews, and cross-functional planning sessions.
  • Analyze business performance, operational trends, and organizational metrics to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Champion process optimization, organizational change, and operational excellence initiatives that enhance business performance.
  • Build trusted partnerships across all levels of the organization while influencing strategic decisions without direct authority.
  • Mentor junior program managers and contribute to the evolution of program management practices across the organization.

Minimum Qualifications
  • BS or MS degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in program management, business operations, strategy, management consulting, or a related business discipline.
  • Proven success leading large, cross-functional strategic initiatives with significant organizational impact.
  • Experience partnering with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic business initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence executives and stakeholders across multiple organizations without direct authority.
  • Strong business acumen with experience translating strategic objectives into executable programs.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with experience using data to drive business decisions and operational improvements.
  • Experience creating executive dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and business performance reporting.
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills, including experience preparing executive-level communications.
  • Proven ability to lead through ambiguity while managing multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma, or comparable certification.
  • Experience leading enterprise-wide business transformation or operational excellence initiatives.
  • Experience designing governance models, operating mechanisms, and organizational processes.
  • Advanced expertise in Excel and business analytics, including executive dashboards and data visualization.
  • Experience using Power BI, Tableau, Oracle Analytics, or similar business intelligence platforms.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
  • Experience supporting cloud infrastructure, enterprise software, or technology organizations is preferred but not required.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $90,100 to $209,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
