What You'll Do
  • Assist in leading daily sales operations and sales team performance
  • Work closely with Sales Management and F&I leadership
  • Support deal structuring, negotiations, and closing opportunities
  • Help maintain exceptional customer satisfaction and CSI performance
  • Train, mentor, and motivate sales consultants
  • Manage customer follow-up and CRM activities through VinSolutions
  • Assist with inventory presentation and merchandising initiatives
  • Partner with management to achieve dealership sales objectives
  • Provide support to the Finance & Insurance department as needed
  • Help create a positive, high-energy sales culture
