As an OneStream Senior Consultant, on the Business Finance team, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading OneStream Enterprise Performance Management solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities for client engagements
  • Gathering business and functional requirements and translating them into OneStream solution designs
  • Configuring planning, forecasting, consolidation, reporting, and close processes within OneStream applications
  • Supporting data validation, user acceptance testing, defect resolution, and deployment readiness across implementation workstreams
  • Collaborating with client stakeholders and cross-functional Deloitte teams to deliver project milestones, status updates, and implementation outcomes

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • 4+ years of consulting experience, including two full OneStream implementations
  • 3+ years of experience with requirements gathering solution design, configuration, testing and deployment activities
  • 2+ years leading project workstreams or teams
  • Experience with OneStream architecture, configuration, and deployment across planning, forecasting, consolidation, reporting, or analytics use cases
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred:

  • OneStream certifications including Certified Lead Architect
  • Advanced degree preferred
