Notre Gestionnaire de projet associe le conseil a la mise en uvre de processus d'entreprise et l'implantation de solutions. En collaboration avec les partenaires, les directeurs et les specialistes des solutions, vous executerez des taches de gestion de projet qui comprennent, sans s'y limiter, les responsabilites suivantes : 

  • Gerer la livraison efficace et l'achevement dans les delais des projets WMS et/ou ERP et/ou CRM en conformite avec la portee et le budget definis. 
  • Gerer les demandes supplementaires et le budget associe.  
  • Assurer toute la communication avec les clients. 
  • Anticiper, definir, planifier, assigner et suivre les etapes, les taches, les livraisons, les dependances et les chemins critiques des projets avec l'equipe et les clients.  
  • Appliquer les approches de mise en uvre appropriees en maitrisant les concepts de livraison, les outils de conseil et les methodologies. 
  • Integrer, superviser, et mentorer les coordonnateurs(trices) de projet. 
  • Possibilite de deplacement entre 25% et 50% du temps. 

Profil recherche:

  • Baccalaureat en informatique, systemes d'information, ingenierie, finance ou dans un domaine connexe. 
  • 5 a 8 ans d'experience en gestion de projet, gestion d'equipe et idealement dans le domaine de la consultation.
  • Connaissance pratique de la fabrication, de la logistique et de la vente au detail. 
  • Capacite a gerer des situations difficiles, a solutionner des problemes et des situations de crise, de maniere sereine, en inspirant confiance a l'equipe. 
  • Ambition, curiosite, enthousiasme, fortes competences interpersonnelles et organisationnelles. 
  • Capacite a travailler de maniere autonome dans un environnement ambigu avec des delais serres et a gerer plusieurs mandats simultanement. 
  • Fortes capacites pour la collaboration et le travail d'equipe. 
  • Maitrise du francais et de l'anglais parles et ecrits Le bilinguisme est requis pour ce poste afin de mener des activites a l'exterieur de la province de Quebec.
  • Experience pratique avec des outils de gestion de taches et de projets tels que Microsoft Azure DevOps, MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, etc;

The Role

Our project manager combines consulting with implementing Enterprise Software and business processes. Working with partners, directors, and solutions specialists, you'll execute project management tasks which include but are not limited to, the following responsibilities:

  • Manage the effective delivery and timely completion of WMS and/or ERP and/or CRM projects in alignment with defined scope and budget.
  • Manage additional requests and associated budget.
  • Ensure all communication with the customers is timely and effective.
  • Anticipate, identify, define, plan, assign and follow up on tasks, milestones, deliveries, dependencies, and critical paths for the project team and clients.
  • Apply appropriate implementation approaches with a full understanding of delivery concepts, consulting tools and methodologies.
  • Onboard, supervise, and mentor project coordinators.
  • Could require traveling from 25% to 50% of the time.
  • Require the availability of taking calls from clients outside working hours in rotation within the team.

Desired background:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in project management, people management and ideally in the consulting area.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing, logistics and retail would be a nice-to-have.
  • Ability to manage difficult situations, tackle problems and crisis situations, in a composed manner, inspiring team confidence.
  • Ambition, curiosity, enthusiasm, strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in an ambiguous environment with pressing deadlines.
  • Ability to handle multiple mandates simultaneously under the supervision of a project director.
  • Fluent in French and English *Bilingualism is required for this role in order to conduct business outside of the province of Quebec.
  • Ability to travel within Canada and the United States between 25 to 50% of the time.
  • Strong teamwork abilities.
  • Experience with task and project management tools such as Microsoft Azure DevOps, Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, etc.
