This approach involves building relationships, asking insightful questions, and offering recommendations that genuinely benefit the customer. The goal is to create a positive experience that leads to customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty. Consultative Sales Associates often work in retail, business-to-business, and service industries, where understanding customer needs is key to success.
