What is a consultant surgical technologist?

Consultant Surgical Technologists are highly experienced surgical technologists who provide expert guidance, training, and support to surgical teams and healthcare facilities. They help implement best practices in the operating room, ensure compliance with safety and sterilization protocols, and may assist with new technology adoption or process improvements.
