Regional Business Consultant (Franchise Operations & Growth)

Location: Remote (U.S.-based)
Travel: Up to 50%

About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a nationally recognized franchise organization in the property services and restoration industry to hire a Regional Business Consultant (RBC). This role is critical in driving franchisee success through coaching, financial performance optimization, and operational leadership.

This is a high-impact position where you will work directly with business owners to improve profitability, scale operations, and elevate overall performance across a portfolio of locations.

What You'll Do
  • Coach and advise franchise owners on business operations, growth strategy, and profitability
  • Analyze financial performance (P&L, EBITDA, KPIs) and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Drive improvements in sales, customer experience, and operational efficiency
  • Build strong relationships and influence outcomes without direct authority
  • Lead structured business planning and hold owners accountable to goals
  • Navigate complex situations, including conflict resolution and performance challenges
  • Conduct virtual coaching sessions and periodic in-person site visits
  • Facilitate trainings, workshops, and group sessions
  • Collaborate with internal teams on broader network initiatives
