POSITION SUMMARY
Radiology Associates of Florida (RAF), a Radiology Partners practice, is currently seeking board-certified or board-eligible General Daytime Radiologists to support our expanding remote needs. This position offers the flexibility of working from home while providing a high-volume, diverse case mix that includes emergency, and inpatient studies across multiple modalities.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable reading non-subspecialty diagnostic imaging and committed to working in a collaborative, high-quality environment with referring physicians and clinical teams.

  • Advanced AI-powered tools, including:
    • Automatic detection of urgent findings (e.g., intracranial hemorrhage, fractures, pulmonary embolism)
    • AI-assisted searches for evidence-based guidelines and decision support
    • Generative AI integrated into PowerScribe for automatic, personalized impression generation

Desired Qualification:
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Osteopathy (DO), residency trained in Diagnostic Radiology
  • Board eligible or board certified by the American Board of Radiology (ABR) or American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (AOBR)
  • Medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state of Florida

RAF is a leading radiology practice in Florida. We serve the most prestigious, established health systems in the state, including on the east and west coasts, the Florida Panhandle, and the Keys. Our scale affords our practice stability and affords our radiologists flexibility in study mix and scheduling. We also recognize that scale alone does not beget excellence. We are quality-oriented, and we practice radiology at the cutting edge, encouraging subspecialty-level interpretations across the practice, and facilitating collaboration and consultation between our radiologists. Our state-of-the-art IT suite includes universal PACS across the practice, AI tools, and integrated doc-to-doc communication widgets.
Our practice is locally and democratically led, with decisions vested in the hands of the group at large, rather than in a few founders or a small group of shareholders. We are the teaching physicians for the University of South Florida Department of Radiology in Tampa. In Sarasota, our physicians' staff the Florida State University College of Medicine, hosting medical students in their 3rd and 4th years. We also invite residents from the FSU Internal Medicine and Emergency Medicine Residency programs to rotate in our departments.

COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $500,000-$1,000,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
