We're actively seeking Construction Technicians - Laborers with a Class A CDL license in Marriott-Slaterville, UT to manage and lead the installation, set up and maintenance of pipes and valves.
We are currently offering a limited-time sign-on bonus of $4,000 for new hires with a valid CDL license, and sign-on bonuses for new hires without a current CDL license are also available at a reduced amount. New employees who meet the criteria outlined in our sign-on bonus program will be eligible for the full payout.
The pay range for this position is $21.00-$27.00 per hour depending on experience. We offer 100% fully paid on-the-job training.

What You'll Do:
  • Operate heavy equipment trucks that require a Class A CDL license
  • Assist with laying pipes, cutting pipes, and bolting pipe fittings together
  • Complete valve installations and the maintenance and repair of mains
  • Maintain a clean and safe work site
  • Perform additional Trenchless labor duties, including:
    • Bypass Set Up
    • Camera Robotics Operation
    • Jetting Sewer Mains
    • Various General Labor tasks
    • Specialized training will be provided in these areas

What We Need:
  • Valid driver's license required with a clean motor vehicle report.
  • Possess a Class A CDL and be aligned with Insituform's motor vehicle standards.
  • Proficiency in pipe installation techniques, including proper bedding and backfilling.
  • Knowledge of construction plans/blueprints and underground utility installation procedures.
  • Strong commitment to safety and strict adherence to safety protocols.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and at different job sites as required.
  • Must be able to travel when needed (Lodging & per diem provided)
