Uprite Construction is seeking a Superintendent in Dallas with proven experience in both tilt wall construction and heavy civil work. We are specifically looking for someone who has managed ground up tilt wall projects while also leading large scale civil scopes.
What You'll Do:
โ€ข Overseeing day to day field operations on tilt wall and ground up projects from start to finish
โ€ข Managing schedules, subcontractors, safety meetings, and daily reporting
โ€ข Coordinating with project managers, owners, architects, and engineers to keep communication clear and projects moving smoothly
โ€ข Leading subcontractor and owner meetings, addressing issues quickly, and keeping a forward looking schedule
Tilt wall and civil experience we're looking for:
โ€ข Hands on knowledge of panel construction, erection, and sequencing for tilt wall projects
โ€ข Experience managing site logistics, crane picks, and large crews during tilt wall phases
โ€ข Full scope civil experience including earthwork, grading, soil stabilization, utilities installation, storm drainage, and paving
โ€ข Direct oversight of roadways, parking lots, and tie in of civil scopes with vertical construction
โ€ข Coordination with city inspectors, geotechnical engineers, and surveyors to maintain compliance and quality
โ€ข Proven ability to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget
What You'll Bring:
โ€ข 10+ years as a Superintendent with both tilt wall and civil project history
โ€ข Strong scheduling and organizational skills, able to think ahead and problem solve in the field
โ€ข Record of building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and owners
โ€ข Comfortable using technology for scheduling, daily logs, and communication
