Job description

PM Construction Co., a commercial construction management company headquartered in Saco (ME), is hiring for a Night Construction Supervisor role in the Lewiston area. The Night Construction Supervisor will oversee the on-site operations of a commercial construction project from planning to completion for evening and early mornings. Activities include daily scheduling, supervising trades, and ensuring the safety and compliance of the site. Equal opportunity employer.


Project Superintendent responsibilities and duties:

  • Maintain quality control
  • Daily schedules and timesheets
  • Maintain daily log of building progress and communicate with all involved
  • Supervise all workers/subcontractors on site
  • Coordinate deliveries and vendors
  • Follow OSHA rules and standards
  • Adhere to deadlines and budget restrictions

Project Superintendent required qualifications:

  • Related experience within the commercial construction industry
  • Basic computer knowledge/skills
  • Knowledge of industry safety standards
