What You Will Do:  

  • Keep projects moving: Coordinate project intake activities and maintain accurate project records from start to finish.  
  • Own the details: Organize and manage customer, project, and contract documentation within designated business systems.  
  • Be the connection point: Partner with customers and internal teams to gather information, provide updates, and support successful project execution.  
  • Support project success: Assist with contract administration, invoicing, reporting, and other project support activities.  
  • Drive continuous improvement: Maintain accurate project data while identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.

What You Will Need:  

  • Stay organized and adaptable: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.  
  • Leverage technology effectively: Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and other business systems.
