We are looking for a high-caliber Construction Estimator to join our team. This is a strategic role designed for a Denver-area professional who has experience in commercial drywall and framing, with the local industry connections necessary to drive business growth.
As a remote-first position, you will have the autonomy to manage the pre-construction pipeline while leveraging your local network to secure new opportunities in the Front Range market.
Compensation:$60,000 - $150,000 yearly

Required Skills & Experience
Denver Market Expertise: Extensive experience working within the Denver construction landscape, with a deep understanding of local labor rates, codes, and vendor pricing.
Technical Proficiency: Expert-level use of Stack Estimating Software.
Advanced proficiency in BuildingConnected for bid management.
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Teams, or Google Sheets and Google Meet).
Industry Knowledge: Proven track record in Commercial Drywall and Framing estimating for projects of varying scales.
