What are some common challenges faced by Construction Software Implementation Consultants during client onboarding, and how can they be addressed?

Construction Software Implementation Consultants often encounter challenges such as resistance to change from field teams, varying levels of technical proficiency among users, and integrating new software with existing workflows. To address these issues, consultants typically provide tailored training sessions, develop clear communication plans to highlight the benefits of the software, and collaborate closely with both IT and project management teams to ensure seamless adoption. Proactive troubleshooting and ongoing support are also essential to building client confidence and ensuring long-term success.
