Job description

Innovative Labor and Cleaning Services is a Cincinnati based second chance staffing agency. We are looking for hard workers for a temporary position starting immediately.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Must be able to pass a Pre-employment drug screening (in some cases)
  • Must be able to lift and carry at least 50Ibs.
  • Reliable transportation a plus.
  • Must be able to work in KY.
  • Must be punctual
  • Must be responsible
  • Must be able to work independently with little supervision.
  • Must be able to work as a team.
  • Must be able to bend, squat, lift, and maneuver constantly for extended periods of time
  • Must have work boots
  • Must be 18 years of age or older

All positions available will require individuals to have good attendance and an excellent work ethic. We are looking for mature and dependable workers!

The pay rate is $15 per hour.
Is expected to last 2 weeks.
The hours are from 2:30pm-10pm.
The job consists of crawling into tunnels, retrieving construction debris, and disposing of them in dumpsters. There is no room to stand so you will be crawling. Knee pads and gloves will be provided. Long sleeves and long pants, as well as work boots will be required.
