Position: Construction Sales Trainee (Canvassing)- We’re expanding our canvassing team and looking for energetic, motivated people who enjoy working with homeowners and meeting new people.

Responsibilities
• Canvass neighborhoods, speak with homeowners who may benefit from home improvement services, including windows, doors, and roofing
• Educate homeowners about potential issues affecting their property and available improvement solutions
• Schedule free in-home inspections for our specialists - no sales or closing required.

Requirements
• Friendly and outgoing with strong communication and people skills
• Coachable, motivated, and open to feedback
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking throughout residential neighborhoods
• Reliable transportation required (car or truck)
