We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented IT Infrastructure Construction Safety Manager to oversee safety protocols during the construction and deployment of IT infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with OSHA standards, promote a culture of safety, and mitigate risks associated with the construction and installation of data centers, networking facilities, and related IT environments.

Job Description
  • Safety Program Development and Implementation

    • Develop, implement, and enforce safety programs and policies tailored to IT infrastructure construction projects.
    • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and other applicable safety standards.
    • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
  • Training and Education

    • Provide safety training to construction and IT teams, including subcontractors, to ensure awareness of safety practices and regulations.
    • Conduct regular toolbox talks and safety briefings.
  • Site Monitoring and Auditing

    • Perform regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety protocols.
