For over 30 years, LVI has provided facility maintenance services across the United States and Canada for retail, restaurant, and government clientele. Our services include Electrical, Lighting, HVAC, Construction/Remodel and EV Charger installation. We operate in all states with 22 regional office locations. The Hawaii Services Division will be the most recent addition to our service expansion.
Lane Valente Industries, a leader in Facility Maintenance and Construction, is looking for a polished professional with an entrepreneurial spirit to head up our Hawaii Services Division out of Oahu. Electrical experience is a must with a solid understanding of operations and management.
CURRENT OPPORTUNITY:           HVAC Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily service and project requests
  • Manage in house technician schedules
  • Manage time efficiently while working in the office and field
  • Hire and develop new in-house technicians.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to secure favorable pricing and conditions.
  • Monitor and manage vendor performance, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon standards.
  • Proactively identify cost-saving and efficiency improvement opportunities

Qualifications:
  • Proven HVAC experience with an understanding of operations and management.
  • HVAC / Mechanical license is preferred but not required
  • Strong management and operations skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn in-house dispatch platform.
