Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent for some exciting projects coming up. As the Construction Superintendent, you will play a critical role in the successful execution of the project from pre-construction through final completion. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated construction professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.
The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing all field operations, coordinating subcontractors and vendors, maintaining project schedules, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring quality control throughout the duration of the project. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to effectively manage day-to-day jobsite activities while maintaining positive relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners.
This position requires a proactive leader with commercial construction experience who can drive project performance and maintain RH Design-Build's commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of on-site construction activities, including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and safety compliance.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the project to ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and budget.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress photos, and change orders.

Qualifications:
