Experienced Project manager for my Project Management company, working for owner / Builder for construction of Residential and Commercial projects, beginning to end phases, starting with hiring all required design consultants, HOA approval, get building pemits. Hire licensed General contractor Construction Superitendent, working for Owner / Builder and Project Management Company, fo hire, and assist in hiring all subcontractors to complete the project, coordinate with Interior Decorator. Get construction estimates, get Construction loan. Oversee, Coordinate with Construction Superintendent to Supervise, schedule all subs, finish construction with quality, required by prospective buyersa, and owner / Builder. Project manager is rtesponsible for performing all tasks required, doing and overseeing the total project from beginning to end, working for and being supervised by my Project Management company, and follow all instructions
