Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has extensive experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships within marine or heavy civil construction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of assigned construction projects.
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, cost tracking, and change orders.
  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve field issues.
  • Coordinate with engineers, inspectors, and permitting agencies as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure expectations are met.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and closeout packages.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of construction management experience (marine or heavy civil strongly preferred).
  • Proven track record managing multimillion-dollar projects from pre-construction to closeout.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, cost control, scheduling, and safety practices.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, project management software, and digital plan review tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Valid driverโ€™s license and willingness to travel to project sites across Florida.
