Job description

We are seeking a Interior Remodeling Superintendent to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, material sourcing and implementation. 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
  • Allocate resources for assigned projects (this may require trips to local department stores if materials are needed)
  • Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
  • Interface with team members, subcontractors, and clients
  • Negotiate with subcontractors to receive reasonable order costs
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plan

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in construction management, apartment maintenance supervision or other related fields
  • MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH MULTIFAMILY
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Ability to motivate team 

*Will be paid as a 1099 contractor during probation period.
