Construction Project Engineer
Location: Seattle, WA
Position Type: Full-Time, Field-Based
Salary Range: $75,000 – $90,000 (commensurate with experience)

We’re seeking a Construction Project Engineer to join our high-performing, Seattle-based team. In this role, you’ll gain real responsibility from day one, work closely with senior leadership, and contribute directly to impactful commercial and mixed-use developments across the region.

What You’ll Do
  • Partner with Project Managers and Superintendents to execute work from pre-construction through project closeout
  • Conduct regular site walks to ensure safety, quality, and progress standards are met
  • Manage and maintain project documentation (RFIs, submittals, change orders, permits) using Procore
  • Serve as a liaison between architects, engineers, subcontractors, and local agencies (SDCI, SDOT)
  • Troubleshoot technical and logistical challenges with the field and office teams
  • Support budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and other key project delivery tasks
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in construction (commercial or mixed-use preferred)
  • Passion for the building process and a deep curiosity about how things come together
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills in fast-paced environments
