Position Overview

Veracity Electric is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support the coordination and administration of commercial electrical construction projects from project startup through closeout.

This role serves as an important connection between Project Managers, Field Leadership, Estimating, Purchasing, Accounting, Vendors, General Contractors, and Clients to help ensure projects remain organized, financially accurate, properly documented, and on schedule.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced commercial construction environment.

As a Project Coordinator, You Will: Project Coordination
  • Coordinate administrative and project support activities for multiple commercial electrical construction projects simultaneously.
  • Support Project Managers throughout all phases of project execution.
  • Maintain consistent project coordination and administration processes.
  • Ensure project documentation is accurate, organized, current, and completed on schedule.
  • Assist with improving project workflows and operational processes.

Coordinate communication and follow-up between internal departments, field teams, vendors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
