Location: Wasco, OR area (Biglow Canyon Wind Farm) with travel across Pacific Northwest renewable energy sites

Position Summary
Integrity PSC is seeking a Construction Manager / Owner's Rep to represent the project owner's interests across utility scale renewable energy construction projects, including wind and solar. This role carries full responsibility for schedule, budget, quality, and contract oversight, acting as the primary point of accountability between the owner, EPC contractors, and utility stakeholders.
The Construction Manager / Owner's Rep operates with a high degree of independence and is expected to make and defend decisions that protect the owner's interests throughout the life of the project.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the owner's primary representative on site, overseeing EPC contractor performance across all phases of construction
• Manage project schedule, budget, and scope, escalating and resolving deviations before they affect delivery
• Review and negotiate change orders, contract modifications, and claims on behalf of the owner
• Lead regular progress meetings with EPC contractors, subcontractors, and utility stakeholders
• Oversee quality assurance and safety compliance across the project, including OSHA and NERC requirements
• Coordinate interconnection, permitting, and environmental compliance activities with relevant teams
• Direct commissioning, punch list resolution, and final project closeout and turnover
• Report project status, risks, and financial performance directly to ownership and executive stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent field experience
• 10 or more years of construction management experience, including utility scale renewable energy projects
• Demonstrated experience representing an owner's interests on large capital projects
• Strong working knowledge of construction contracts, change order processes, and claims management
• Working knowledge of OSHA safety standards
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites
Preferred Qualifications
• Direct Owner's Rep experience on utility scale wind or solar construction projects
• CCM certification or PE license
• Experience with interconnection and utility coordination on generation projects
• OSHA 30 certification
