Own Safety as Priority #1ย

Direct Data Center Construction Operationsย 

  • Drive the development and implementation of project plans, installation strategies, and sitelogistics.ย 

  • Maintain and manage5-weeklookahead schedules, labor forecasts, and daily progress tracking.ย 

  • Coordinate with Project Management and Procurement to ensuretimelydelivery and staging of materials.ย 

  • Oversee daily field operations to meet or exceed production goals, budget, and schedule milestones.ย 

Ensure Technical Excellence & Standards Complianceย 

  • Serve as the senior SME for data centerlow voltage, structured cabling, and fiber installations.ย 

  • Guarantee compliance withANSI/TIA,BICSI,NEBS, and all customer specifications.ย 

  • Lead testing and commissioning activities includingOTDR, power meter validation, labeling standards, and quality assurance protocols.ย 

  • Identifydesign gaps, field conflicts, or changes; drive RFIs, clarifications, and scope adjustments.ย 

Lead, Mentor & Develop Field Teamsย 

  • Manage large (100+) field technician teams-union or nonunion.ย 

  • Conduct hiring, training, performance evaluations, and career development for onsite personnel.ย 

  • Provide technical coaching and mentorship to accelerate crew capabilities and elevate work quality.ย 

  • Foster a culture grounded in safety, collaboration, accountability, and craftsmanship.ย 

Be the Customer's TrustedOnsitePartnerย 

  • Act as the main construction operations liaison for the client.ย 

  • Participate in customer meetings, site walks, technical discussions, and milestone reviews.ย 

  • Proactively address challenges around workflow, delays, installation issues, or tactical execution.ย

What You Bringย 

  • High School Diploma or GEDrequired.ย 

  • 3-5+ yearsof supervisory experience on largescale structured cabling or data center construction projects.ย 

  • Experience managing large, dispersed field teams (100+).ย 

  • Data centernew buildor retrofit experience strongly preferred.ย 

  • Experience working withunion telecom crewsand labor compliance preferred.ย 

  • Preferred certifications:ย 

  • OSHA30(or ability to obtain within 6 months)ย 

  • BICSI Technician (TECH)ย 

  • BICSI RCDDย
