***Work From Home Opportunity** - Charter School Construction in Upstate SC


Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage K-12 construction projects throughout Upstate SC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in educational facility construction and be adept at managing all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation to completion. This role requires excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.


This is a remote position but the candidate must be willing to travel to job sites as needed, roughly 2x a month, day trip or limited overnights. Projects are in the Carolina's and southeast areas.


Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Initiation: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Obtain all necessary permits and ensure projects adhere to local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Resource Management: Procure and manage necessary supplies, tools, and equipment.
  • Team Coordination: Oversee and coordinate the activities of on-site construction managers, subcontractors, and other personnel.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptly.
