The Role

We're looking for a Construction Manager I to support coordination and execution of construction projects, working closely with Field Supervisors, crews, and Project Managers. This is the entry point into Construction Management - perfect for someone ready to develop project coordination, planning, and leadership skills.

What You'll Do

- Review assigned projects to understand scope, timelines, and requirements

- Support planning, scheduling, and coordination of field operations

- Provide direction and support to Field Supervisors and crews

- Monitor job site progress for alignment with project plans

- Coordinate materials, equipment, and field resources

- Maintain project tracking systems and ensure accurate reporting

- Support submission of production reports, timecards, and field documentation

- Communicate field updates, risks, and constraints to Project Managers

- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and PPE requirements

Working Conditions

Outdoor, physical role on active construction sites. Travel may be required (10-50%). Additional hours may be required based on project needs.

What We're Looking For

- 3-5 years of telecom or construction experience

- Prior experience in a field leadership role required

- High School Diploma or GED required

- Ability to read construction prints and use tools like Google Earth

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word

- Experience with Fieldwire or similar project management tools preferred

- Understanding of UG and aerial equipment, tools, trucks, and drills

- Valid driver's license required; OSHA certification preferred

- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather
