The Service Sales Manager is responsible for leading, developing, and overseeing all service sales activities within the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) divisions. This role directs and supports the service sales team to drive sustainable revenue growth through service agreements, retrofits, planned maintenance, O&M, and demand service work.

Compensation aspects of the role are dependent upon knowledge, skills and experience.

Travel Requirements:
This position will be an on-site role, based in one of our regional offices. Candidates must be comfortable traveling between the following locations within middle Tennessee and northern Mississippi:

  • Nashville, TN
  • Jackson, TN
  • Corinth, MS
  • Memphis, TN / Olive Branch, MS

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the service sales team across all locations.
  • Develop and execute service sales strategies to drive growth.
  • Set and manage sales goals, quotas, and performance metrics.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop highperforming sales talent.
  • Grow pipeline, support key pursuits, and negotiate contracts, with executive leadership support.
  • Build strong customer relationships and uncover new MEP opportunities.
  • Collaborate with operations and leadership to ensure successful execution and compliance.
  • Perform other related duties or special projects, as assigned.

Education, Training, Licenses and/or Certifications

  • 5 years of experience in progressive sales management experience, preferably within the MEP, construction, or service industry preferred.

  • Proven success leading service sales teams and growing market share.

Additional Requirements

  • Leads with a strong commitment to safety and promotes company safety policies.
  • Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and team development experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problemsolving skills.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting tools.

  • Ability to meet physical demands, pass background/drug/MVR checks, and travel across the territory (including overnight travel as needed).
