OSP Fiber Construction Associate
Location: Greenville, SC
Tower Engineering Professionals is seeking a full-time OSP Fiber Construction Associate in our Greenville, SC office. As a Construction Associate, you will serve as an integral member of our construction team. OSP Fiber Construction Associate Responsibilities:
  • Manage sub-contractors and in house field techs to ensure quality and accuracy as it pertains to OSP Construction
  • Design redlines, as-builts and closeout package submittals
  • Effectively communicate with Construction Manager on regular basis regarding schedules, status, productivity and performance
  • Establish and maintain good relations with clients, partners, and local authorities aimed at safeguarding and promoting client interests
  • Provide support to team members by assisting in prioritizing and managing workloads
  • Provide day-to-day field support for construction issues

OSP Fiber Construction Associate Qualifications:
  • OSP construction experience preferred
  • Must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record dating back 5 years to operate a company vehicle
  • Experience managing multiple discipline projects within telecommunications is preferred
  • Ability to give direction and training to Engineering/Construction peers and teammates
  • Ability to lift up to 75lbs
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to compile closeout documentation and reports

Salary is commensurate with experience
