Position Overview

In this role, youโ€™ll manage mission critical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, typically ranging from $100Mโ€“$800M, while working sideรขbyรขside with Superintendents and project management teams on site. Youโ€™ll own planning, schedules, budgets, and client communication, using modern construction technology to drive smart decisions and keep projects on track.  You will be responsible for protecting uptime, mitigating risk, and delivering zero-defect turnover, while maintaining alignment with Boldtโ€™s safety culture, schedule commitments, and financial performance. You will lead cross-functional teams and serve as a key interface with clients, many of whom operate in 24/7 in zero-downtime environments.  This is a great opportunity for a project leader who values teamwork, accountability, and seeing their impact firsthandโ€”every day, in the field.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $124,000 - $166,000 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individualโ€™s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

What You Bring

  • Four-year engineering or construction management degree.  Combination of education and or industry experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Seven plus years of construction experience, with 5 plus years of mission critical construction projects focusing on strong coordination and execution.
  • Working knowledge of MEP systems and integrated building systems is preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and project financials with confidence and accountability.
  • Strong knowledge of construction means and methods and how they translate from plan to field.
  • Clear and effective communicator who can collaborate with craft professionals, project leadership, and clients.

Nice to Have

  • Basic experience with data center commissioning processes (Level 1โ€“5).
  • Ability to work in dynamic and fluid environments with operational constraints and change control requirements.
  • Strong focus on documentation rigor, QA/QC, and turnover excellence.
