Mechanical HVAC Project Manager position in CA Del Mar, CA We are a large, growing mechanical contractor in San Diego and looking for a top-notch mechanical project manager to add to our team. The ideal PM has least 3 to 5 years of experience as a project manager. A construction Management Graduate would be preferred but not necessary.

We highly prefer someone already in San Diego, but willing to consider non-local PMs as well. Responsibilities of Mechanical HVAC Project Manager: Project Administration Submittals and RFI's Purchasing Equipment and materials Managing project costs and labor Estimating and negotiating Change Orders Managing subcontractors For small project application they would sell, estimate, and run the project. Requirements for Mechanical HVAC Project Manager: 3+ years of commercial mechanical project management experience Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or similar Prior field experience in commercial HVAC Experience with MS Project, BlueBeam, MS Excel, among others Local in San Diego Area Stable work-history So if you are a top-notch Mechanical HVAC Project Manager with 3 or more years of experience, apply today.
